Villa Sunset

Only just renovated, the house has white walls and ceilings in cotto tiles and wood beams. The furnishings are in a simple countryside style, typical and original of Chianti.
The farmhouse is structured on two levels. On the ground floor a spacious and airy kitchen with a living room and a dining room, the windows of which look upon the garden. Also, a first bedroom and in the living room a splendid and well functioning chimney. Upstairs, the other 3 bedrooms and a spare little kitchen. The bathrooms are three, one of which with a bathtub. The bedrooms are all matrimonial, luminous, cool and spacious.
The kitchen and the living room look upon the garden and the green pool. The hydro-massage tub is also outside, onto a stone courtyard where on comfortable chairs or under the umbrella you can relax, have breakfast, suntan. The house is at a strategic point and the height allows a spectacular view. All around the surrounding hills, the valley. Not far away the Villa of Castel Ruggero and the homonym lake, where locals go and have a swim.
Air conditioning, Wi-fi and private parking lot are present.
The area is one of most renowned in Chianti. Only 10 km from the city of Florence (a 20 minute drive by car), and also close to the towns of Greve in Chianti, Castellina, Panzano and Cintonia. So much as to the Val di Pesa area (S. Casciano, S. Pancrazio) or to the beautiful area of Val d'Orcia (Siena and surroundings).
