Villa San Giorgio

The house is a two floor house, comprised of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms for a total of 180 sq.m. The number of people that can host is seven, with the possible addition of an eighth. The rooms are spacious, luminous and capacious. Everything is furnished with simple modernity, but the wooden beam ceiling, the terracotta tile floor and some of the stone walls have been left as they are as to keep the typical traits of the old Tuscan homes, that were and are still built this way.
While going in, you’ll immediately find yourselves in the living room, where the extendable wooden table can sit down ten dinner guests. The kitchen, close by, is very spacious and well equipped for every need, also with a wide table. Right outside on the porch and garden, there is a small coffee table perfect to have breakfast or a refreshment: it’s almost impossible to resist the view and the open fresh air. From the living room a wooden staircase leads up the the second floor, and the sleeping area. The first room is comprised of a double bed and a private bathroom, the second of a double bed, the third of a double bed, a single bed (with the possible addition of a camp bed in any room of your choosing) and of a private bathroom. There is also a fourth communal bathroom. The house has a private parking space, an external equipped area, with the dining table and an aboveground pool for your exclusive use.

The house is in the midst of the country, immersed in a marvellous silence and in the green, but also very close to comfort. The restaurant Agriturismo S. Giorno, property of your hosts, is recommended. Their oil was rewarded as the 7th best extra virgin olive oil in the world.
