Located on the picturesque hills of Chianti, just few minutes from the centre of Florence, is the ideal accommodation for those visiting Florence and the Tuscan cities of art. An oasis of peace, immersed in the magic Tuscan countryside. The Villa is a seventeenth-century renovated farmhouse: living space spread over two levels and a basement equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and iron. The ground floor is themed around a picturesque courtyard with outdoor loggia and includes: a large living room with a grand piano and a stone fireplace, a large kitchen, a dining room with a large fireplace for bbq and warm during the winter, a bedroom large double bed, a study overlooking the porch, also with a stone fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the sleeping area with four large bedrooms, of which 2 are communicating, and two bathroom. From every window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding hills.

The Villa has its own private big outdoor area, to eat, read, relax. The surrounding grounds are planted with olive trees, fruit trees and lawn for a total of 3 hectares. Also in the outbuildings area there are barbecue, ping pong and the swimming pool.

The villa sleeps up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms. Near the villa, in a separate area there is an adjacent apartment where the owners live, they will respect your privacy at all, anyway they will be at your disposal if you need assistance.
