The Olive Suite

The Olive Suite is a one-bedroom apartment in the hills just above Florence, in a quiet area with roads winding through olive groves, cypress trees, and vineyards. It’s the perfect place for couples or families who want to be in nature, enjoy the silence, and still reach Florence and the rest of Tuscany easily by car, while staying away from the busy tourist areas.

The house has a bright double bedroom with a mix of rustic and modern style. The window looks out over the countryside, and in the morning you’ll hear only silence, perfect for reading or enjoying a peaceful coffee.
The living area is cozy, with a sofa bed and access to a small sunny terrace, great for breakfast outside or a glass of wine at sunset.
The kitchen is small but well equipped, just right for preparing breakfast.
The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower and a window with a green view.
There’s also a shared garden with the owners (who live downstairs) and a few neighbors, but it’s still a very quiet place where you can relax outdoors without being disturbed.


The Olive Suite is in a great location for visiting many of Tuscany’s most beautiful cities. Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Livorno, and Montespertoli can all be reached on day trips, with scenic drives through hills and vineyards.
Nearby, you’ll find walking trails across the hills, mountain biking routes, horseback riding, and even the chance to float over the valley in a hot-air balloon. There are also plenty of wineries and local farms where you can stop and taste local products.
Just a few minutes away is the town of Cerbaia, with basic services, shops, restaurants, bakeries, and places to enjoy typical Tuscan food.
