This independent villa is located in one of the most charming districts of the city, in a very quiet street a stone's throw from all the museums. This unique space has a style all its own.

It consists on the ground floor of a living area, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and TV, a dining room with oval table with marble top, a fully equipped modern kitchen. The walnut parquet floor, the Art Nouveau and 30s furnishings give the space elegance, warmth and hospitality.

On the ground floor beyond what we have already described there is a service bathroom and a hall from where you can access the first floor thanks to a flight of stone stairs.
On the first floor there is a corridor with several ancient paintings of the late nineteenth century plus the four bedrooms 2 double and 2 with 2 single beds. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, blackout curtains and TV

The living area overlooks a flowery garden with two fountains, climbing plants, and fragrant roses. On the two terraces there are armchairs, a tent and a marble table for outdoor lunches and dinners.

At the bottom of the garden there is a small house also completely renovated, with parquet, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower that can serve as an area for physical exercise and holistic treatments on request. There are mats and weights available.
