In the heart of the Val di Chiana, Podere Minuccio is a Tuscan farmhouse from 1829, carefully restored to offer a refined, modern stay with rustic charm. Surrounded by rolling countryside, it’s ideal for families or groups by car, and for those who love fresh air, views, wine, and food. A peaceful, well-connected base to explore Tuscany slowly.
The estate includes three independent cottages, each with large windows that bring the countryside into every room: two cottages have one double bedroom, and one has two. Each house includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.
The renovation respected the original shapes and materials of the building, creating private, simple, and cozy spaces, each with little corners to read, work, or enjoy a glass of wine after a day exploring villages, hills, or art cities.
At the center of the estate, there is a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in summer, relaxing at sunset, or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars, surrounded by olive trees, woods, and vineyards. In the garden, there are small tables and shaded areas where you can have breakfast or lunch outside.

Just a few kilometers from Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Orvieto, and Lake Trasimeno, it is also well connected to Florence and Lucca for easy day trips.
