La Campana

La Campana is a three-room cottage within Podere Minuccio, a restored 1829 Tuscan farmhouse combining rustic charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by countryside, it’s perfect for families or groups by car, and for those who love nature, views, wine, and good food. A peaceful, well-connected base to explore Tuscany at a relaxed pace.
The house includes two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. The first bedroom also features an elegant sitting area, while the second offers a comfortable reading or working spot with a direct view of the surrounding countryside.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing after dinner or during a quiet afternoon.
The renovation preserved the original shapes and materials of the building, creating private and comfortable spaces filled with the atmosphere of traditional Tuscan homes, with wooden furniture, brick details, and exposed beams.
At the heart of the estate, there is a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in summer, relaxing at sunset, or spending a peaceful evening under the stars, surrounded by olive trees, woods, and vineyards. In the garden, there are tables and shaded areas where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors.
