The apartment is located in an historical Florentine building, in via de' Pepi. The neighborhood is in the historical centre, only a two minute walk from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and S. Croce, and the Duomo, or a ten minute walk from the beautiful neighborhood of S. Ambrogio. The position is perfect if you want to walk about or rent bicycles, as every area is easy to reach and in a small amount of time.
Coming in the house, there is the entrance with the dining room, a living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchen, a matrimonial bedroom and a bathroom. The bed spaces are four. The furnishings have a modern touch, but they wanted also to preserve the typical elements of the old Florentine houses, such as the frescos, the cotto tiles, and the antrum of the doors in stone or pietra serena.
