In the living room, there are three comfortable seats for chatting with friends or relaxing after a day in the city, and a dining table for four. From here, you can also access the terrace, shared with the bedroom, a perfect corner for an evening drink, with the city flowing by at your feet.

You can walk along the river with views of the cathedral dome, or wander through the narrow streets to the Santo Spirito district, with bars, street markets, and continue on to Palazzo Pitti, museums, historic gardens, and much more.
Just a short walk from the apartment you’ll find supermarkets, wine shops, fruit and vegetable stores, and even a paid parking lot, great for those traveling by car.
If you're arriving by train, the station is about a 20-minute pleasant walk away.
